Permanent | Site-Based A leading specialist contractor delivering large-scale data centre and mission-critical projects across the UK is expanding its commercial team and is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support major live projects. This organisation is known for repeat delivery to blue-chip technology clients, strong commercial governance, and structured career progression from junior to senior commercial leadership. You will support the commercial management of a major data centre project, gaining exposure to cost control, subcontractor management, and commercial reporting on a fast-paced, high-value build.
Key Responsibilities Assist with cost control, forecasting, and financial reporting Support procurement and subcontractor package management Assist in the preparation of valuations, variations, and final accounts Maintain accurate commercial records and cost reports Work closely with site and project teams to support commercial delivery Develop strong knowledge of data centre construction and commercial processes Requirements
