About the role
We’re seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee a diverse range of modular building projects across WA’s metro and surrounding regions. In this full‑time role, you’ll manage on‑site construction activities, drive safety and quality standards, and ensure each project is delivered on schedule and within budget.
You’ll work across multiple sites, supported by a company vehicle, giving you the flexibility to stay connected with teams and lead effectively. If you enjoy hands on leadership and thrive in fast paced project environments, this is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative team within a market leading modular construction business.
Key responsibilities- Lead, motivate, and guide site teams, ensuring project milestones are met
- Interpret drawings and specifications to provide clear construction direction
- Coordinate materials, equipment, subcontractors, and labour
- Oversee subcontractor performance and daily site operations
- Ensure compliance with project documents, specifications, and internal procedures
- Champion safety and uphold all site policies and procedures
You’re a confident and capable construction professional who takes pride in delivering high‑quality work. With strong site supervision experience, ideally within modular or transportable construction, you bring strong communication skills, proactive planning, and a commitment to safety and teamwork.
What you’ll bring- 3+ years’ experience in a similar commercial construction role
- Solid understanding of the building industry
- Strong knowledge of Australian Standards, regulations, and construction techniques
- A safety‑first mindset and commitment to safe work practices
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong planning, prioritisation, and time‑management abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated initiative and drive
- Current WA driver’s licence
- Construction Induction Training (White Card)
- S26 certification (Advantageous)
