Employer: Specialist Refurbishment Contractor
Type: Permanent, Full-Time
A growing contractor specialising in refurbishment and fit-out works is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee multiple live projects.
Key Responsibilities- Managing several projects simultaneously from pre-start through to completion
- Overseeing site teams, subcontractors and programme delivery
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to specification
- Managing client relationships and attending progress meetings
- Monitoring health & safety compliance and site standards
- Experience managing multiple construction projects concurrently
- Strong commercial awareness and programme management skills
- SMSTS and CSCS (Black or Gold)
- Ability to lead teams and drive performance on site
