Are you ready to launch your career as a Quantity Surveyor with a leading expert in cutting-edge data centre solutions? Equans Data Centres is seeking a motivated Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join our innovate team and support exciting large-scale projects from inception to completion.

As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you will become an integral part of our project team to provide support on all commercial aspects of the project including the management of costs and contractual matters. Based in High Wycombe you will collaborate closely with experienced professionals, ensuring projects proceed on time, to quality standards with zero compromise on health & safety.

Starting in September 2026, you will join our two-year structured Graduate Programme, combining formal training with practical on the job experience. Our programme offers a balance of training and on the job learning to support your transition to becoming an accomplished professional. You will take responsibility for your career, while we offer guidance and support to help you reach your goals.

We are looking for people who are motivated to continue learning and ready to take on new opportunities. You won’t be alone during the scheme, and you will be supported to drive your development through reviews and regular meetings with the Early Careers team. You will also be able to join any of our employee-led networks, including our Young Professionals Network.

What you will deliver?

The type of tasks the successful candidate will be involved with are:

* Ensure compliance and governance in respect to various forms of contract including JCT, NEC etc.

* Support the contract and execute financial reviews and continually monitor projected costs and control within budget.

* Ensure variations to the contracts are priced and agreed at the earliest opportunity.

* Ensure commercial control of projects are maintained in accordance with company policies and procedures.

* Help the preparation of financial control/WIP/CVR documents and submit reports as required for month end results, forecast and activity reports.

* Fulfil Health & Safety responsibilities by adherence to the requirements of the Company's Health & Safety Policy and Health & Safety Management Plans.

Who are we looking for?

* A degree in an applicable field i.e. Commercial Management, Quantity Surveying, Law, Construction Management

* The desire to build a career in the Construction, Mechanical and Electrical industry

* Experience in using Microsoft software with excellent excel skills

* Willingness to work towards Membership of an appropriate professional body (e.g. RICS)

* Be self-motivated, with proven organisational ability and the drive to meet deadlines

* Customer focused with the ability to communicate effectively

* Passionate about the industry and the willingness to progress

* Team focused, with the ability to interact with a wide variety of people at all levels
