Senior Quantity Surveyors (Construction, Manufacturing) – High Wycombe

A specialist architectural glass installer and engineering design solution provider is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor in the High Wycombe area.

The candidate will arrange project budgets, verify and supervise contracts, create estimates, test quantities across tender allowances, and organize tender documents for sub‑contract works and specialist suppliers.

Experience is required in façade, glazing, dry lining, metal work, roofing/cladding, joinery, or a similar specialist subcontractor industry. The candidate should have good practical knowledge of JCT 2005 & JCT 2011 contracts in all forms, including Design Portion, D&B, Fixed Price and any NEC contract variants, and should also have working knowledge of the Fit Out industry as a specialist contractor.

The candidate should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in a construction‑related subject (or similar field), be a CSCS card holder, and have a minimum five years of practical experience as an intermediate level Quantity Surveyor.

The candidate must be well versed in MS Excel, Word, Outlook and have knowledge of Union Square. A legitimate UK driving licence and residence within one hour commuting distance to the High Wycombe head office are required.
