Randstad Construction and Property in High Wycombe is seeking a proactive Design Manager to lead and coordinate the design effort across two‑stage tenders, D&B, and traditional routes. You will work closely with external design teams, site delivery operations, and clients to ensure buildable, cost-efficient designs delivered on schedule.
The successful candidate will oversee design coordination, compliance with Building Regulations, and information flow while supporting sustainability targets
