• Managing tenders from enquiry to handover
• Completing labour and material take-offs
• Reviewing supplier and subcontractor quotes
• Identifying risks and value-engineering opportunities

• Strong mechanical estimating experience
• Mechanical building services knowledge
• Design & build estimating experience
• Strong commercial awareness
• Residential, commercial, care or education experience
