Senior Mechanical Estimator
High Wycombe

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Mechanical Estimator to join a growing, family-run construction business and play a key role in its next stage of development. This established mechanical contractor delivers complete installations across residential and commercial developments. With ambitions to grow turnover to 15 million, this is an excellent time to join. Despite its growth plans, the company has retained the close-knit, flexible culture of a family-run business.
Your Role as a Senior Mechanical Estimator will include:
Managing tenders from enquiry to handover
Completing labour and material take-offs
Reviewing supplier and subcontractor quotes
Identifying risks and value-engineering opportunities
The successful Senior Mechanical Estimator will have:
Strong mechanical estimating experience
Mechanical building services knowledge
Design & build estimating experience
Strong commercial awareness
Residential, commercial, care or education experience
