We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Building Services Manager to join a well-established main contractor with a strong pipeline of work across the South East.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior Building Services professional looking for a varied role, with involvement across pre-construction, early design and project delivery
.

The position will involve supporting a number of major projects across the South East, working closely with project teams, consultants and specialist subcontractors to ensure the successful delivery of the building services packages.

• Provide senior building services support across multiple projects.
• Support projects from pre-construction and early design through to delivery
  .
• Review and coordinate mechanical and electrical designs.
• Provide technical input around buildability and MEP delivery.
• Support project teams with MEP coordination and technical issues.
• Work closely with consultants, subcontractors and internal project teams.
• Visit and support sites across the South East as required.
• Ensure MEP works are delivered to the required quality, programme and standards.
• Provide technical advice and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work across a varied portfolio of major construction projects.

This is a senior, hands-on position with no direct reports
, suited to someone who enjoys working across different projects and providing MEP expertise from the early stages through to completion.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in building services / MEP
, with a good understanding of both mechanical and electrical services.

You will ideally have:

• Previous experience as a Senior Building Services Manager, Building Services Manager, MEP Manager, M&E Manager or similar.
• Strong main contractor experience.
• A good understanding of both mechanical and electrical building services.
• Proven pre-construction and early design experience

• Experience supporting the delivery of major construction projects.
• Strong technical, design coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• The flexibility to travel across the South East.
