We're recruiting a Resident Services Associate to join a modern, professionally‑managed Build-to‑Rent residential community in High Wycombe. This is a role all about people, service and atmosphere - no previous property experience required.
What you'll be doingYou’ll be based on site, acting as the go‑to person for residents and visitors alike. Your day will be varied, social and hands‑on, including:
- Welcoming residents and guests with a warm, professional approach
- Being the first point of contact for questions, requests and day‑to‑day support
- Helping to create a positive, community‑focused living experience
- Supporting resident move‑ins, move‑outs and general enquiries
- Liaising with maintenance and on‑site teams to ensure issues are resolved smoothly
- Keeping shared spaces looking inviting, organised and well‑presented
- Occasionally assisting with resident events or community initiatives
