We're recruiting a Resident Services Associate to join a modern, professionally-managed Build-to-Rent residential community in High Wycombe. This is a role all about people, service and atmosphere – no previous property experience required.

• Welcoming residents and guests with a warm, professional approach
• Being the first point of contact for questions, requests and day-to-day support
• Helping to create a positive, community‑focused living experience
• Supporting resident move‑ins, move‑outs and general enquiries
• Liaising with maintenance and on‑site teams to ensure issues are resolved smoothly
• Keeping shared spaces looking inviting, organised and well‑presented
• Occasionally assisting with resident events or community initiatives

You’ll be working in a purpose‑built rental development designed for long‑term living, with high‑quality apartments and shared spaces that encourage community and convenience. The focus here is on service, consistency and experience, much like a hotel – but with residents instead of guests.

• Comfortable using basic systems, emails and apps (training provided)
