We're recruiting a Resident Services Associate to join a modern, professionally-managed Build-to-Rent residential community in High Wycombe. This is a role all about people, service and atmosphere – no previous property experience required.
What you'll be doing- Welcoming residents and guests with a warm, professional approach
- Being the first point of contact for questions, requests and day-to-day support
- Helping to create a positive, community‑focused living experience
- Supporting resident move‑ins, move‑outs and general enquiries
- Liaising with maintenance and on‑site teams to ensure issues are resolved smoothly
- Keeping shared spaces looking inviting, organised and well‑presented
- Occasionally assisting with resident events or community initiatives

About the environmentYou’ll be working in a purpose‑built rental development designed for long‑term living, with high‑quality apartments and shared spaces that encourage community and convenience. The focus here is on service, consistency and experience, much like a hotel – but with residents instead of guests.
Who we’re looking for- Friendly, approachable and naturally helpful
- Confident speaking to people face‑to‑face and over the phone
- Organised and able to juggle a few tasks at once
- Proud of delivering great customer service
- Comfortable using basic systems, emails and apps (training provided)
- ✨ No property or Build‑to‑Rent experience needed – attitude, reliability and people skills matter far more than your CV.
