As the first point of contact for customers, you'll play an important role in ensuring every customer receives a positive experience throughout the repair journey. Working closely with the workshop, estimators and insurers, you'll keep customers informed while helping the Bodyshop operate efficiently.

The Role
As a Bodyshop Customer Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while supporting the day-to-day administration of the Bodyshop.

Your responsibilities will include:

· Welcoming customers and acting as the first point of contact by phone, email and in person.

· Booking vehicles into the Bodyshop and coordinating repair appointments.

· Providing regular progress updates throughout the repair process.

· Liaising with technicians, estimators, insurers and suppliers to ensure repairs remain on schedule.

· Managing customer enquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.

· Maintaining accurate customer records and updating internal management systems.

· Processing repair documentation and supporting the administration of ongoing jobs.

· Delivering a consistently high standard of customer care from vehicle drop-off through to collection.

About You
We're looking for an experienced Bodyshop Customer Service Advisor / Customer Service Advisor / Bodyshop Receptionist / Service Advisor who enjoys delivering exceptional customer experiences in a busy environment.

You will ideally have:

· Previous experience in a customer service or administration role within the automotive industry or Bodyshop environment (Essential).

· Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

· A professional, friendly and customer-focused approach.

· Good IT skills and experience using customer management systems.

· The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

· A full UK driving licence is desirable.
