TREND Networks is seeking a fluent German-speaking Customer Service Adviser to join our High Wycombe team. The role focuses on supporting customers across the DACH region, managing inquiries and orders from start to finish with a proactive, accurate service.
You will collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, Logistics and Technical teams to resolve issues and maintain high service levels, in an office-based hybrid setup with one remote day.
