This position offers the chance to not only lead a team but also drive improvements in service delivery within a dynamic environment. Day-to-day of the role:
Take ownership of customer service standards across various platforms. Manage customer messaging, ensuring responses are timely, accurate, and professional, meeting each platform’s specific requirements. Handle enquiries, complaints, and escalations, ensuring all issues are resolved efficiently. Coordinate team workloads, providing practical guidance and constructive feedback to team members. Monitor service targets and implement measures to enhance quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Identify and address recurring problems by collaborating with internal teams to improve processes and response strategies. Required Skills &

Qualifications:

Proven experience in customer service. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and lead a team effectively. Excellent written communication skills with a knack for handling challenging conversations constructively. Ability to work under pressure, organise effectively, and balance competing priorities. Experience in developing and implementing service improvement initiatives. Benefits:
