Customer Service Advisor High Wycombe (HP13) £28,000  Team Bonus (OTE £33,000) Monday to Friday | No Weekends Do you enjoy speaking with customers and building positive relationships? Are you looking for a customer-focused role with excellent career prospects? We're looking for a friendly and proactive Customer Service Advisor to join a successful and supportive team in High Wycombe. In this role, you'll be speaking with existing and lapsed customers , making outbound calls to maintain relationships, provide excellent service, update customer information, and identify opportunities to reconnect customers with the company's products and services.

This is not a hard sales position, making it ideal for someone with a background in customer service, retail, hospitality, administration, or telesales . What You'll Be Doing Making outbound calls to existing and previous customers Building and maintaining strong customer relationships Understanding customer needs and providing appropriate support Updating customer records and information accurately Re-engaging lapsed customers and discussing current products and services Delivering an excellent customer experience on every call Working closely with the wider team to achieve customer service objectives What You'll Need Excellent communication skills A good standard of education Confident and professional telephone manner Strong customer service skills Good IT skills Positive, proactive attitude What's On Offer?
