Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to de-escalate challenging situations
A calm, resilient and adaptable approach to working with learners who may be disengaged from mainstream education
Passionate about supporting young people with SEMH needs and challenging behaviours in High Wycombe

The Role:

Full-time, long-term Teaching Assistant position with the opportunity to go permanent
Competitive daily rate of £100-£115
Supporting learners in small groups and on a 1:1 basis within the Pupil Referral Unit
Assisting teachers in delivering tailored lessons across the curriculum, including GCSE and Functional Skills
Helping pupils in High Wycombe re-engage with education through consistent structure, encouragement and behaviour management strategies
