Teaching Assistant Temporary

Position: Teaching Assistant - January Start (Temporary)

We are recruiting a Teaching Assistant to work in a fantastic SEND school in Bourne End, supporting reception to KS2 students with SEND.

This is a full time role, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:00pm. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a primary setting and have SEND experience, has to be available the whole academic year.

The role:

Assist children in their learning and growth as a Teaching Assistant
As a SEND Teaching Assistant you will contribute to creating a safe, supportive & engaging learning environment
Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure progress of students is prioritised as a Teaching Assistant
Work 1:1 with the children with SEND needs to ensure they achieve their developmental milestones

Requirements:

Available Immediately
Experience working in a primary school as Teaching Assistant and supporting students with SEND
Willing to support SEND children as a Teaching Assistant
MUST have a CHILD ONLY DBS or willing to get one
Have experience with children in some capacity in the UK where you can provide a reference for
Live local to Bourne End or within a commutable distance
