The school deploys a wide range of teaching strategies to engage and develop the progress of learners, who present with a range of special needs.

You will take responsibility for their emotional and physical needs, supporting them to develop as individuals and engage with the world.

The school is seeking an adaptable and engaging team player to take on this role, as Class Teacher. A highly motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic person who is approachable and promotes positive relationships and has high expectations.

The position will involve working with pupils in Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4 with a wide range of special needs

The successful Class Teacher will have:

Teaching Qualification - QTS - desirable to have SEN specialism
Experience relating to working with pupils with special needs
Experience working with students with Social Emotional Mental Health (SEMH) and challenging behaviour
