📚 About the Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) on a 1:1 basis or in small groups

Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons

Help create a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment

Support pupils' academic, emotional, and social development

You'll be working in welcoming schools where your skills and experience will be truly valued.

✅ Essential Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

Previous SEN experience (essential)

Experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar school-based role

A caring, patient, and proactive approach

Strong communication and teamwork skills

A genuine passion for supporting children and young people
