• Plan and deliver engaging PSHE lessons tailored to students’ individual needs
• Support students with social, emotional, and behavioural development
• Build positive and trusting relationships with pupils
• Manage behaviour effectively using a calm and consistent approach
• Encourage student engagement, confidence, and personal growth

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching experience
• Experience working within alternative provision, SEN, or specialist educational settings
• Strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills
• A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach to teaching
• A genuine passion for supporting young people who may face barriers to education and learning
