Your role may include:

* Supporting pupils on a one-to-one basis or in small groups

* Supporting pupils with varying learning needs and abilities

* Building positive relationships with students and staff

* Encouraging independence and promoting a positive learning environment

We are looking for candidates who have:
✔ Previous experience working within schools
✔ A passion for supporting children and education
✔ Strong communication and teamwork skills
✔ A positive, proactive and caring attitude
✔ Ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff
