SEND Teaching Assistant

We are recruiting a Teaching Assistant to work in a fantastic SEND school in High Wycombe, supporting reception to KS2 students with SEND.

This is a full time role
, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:00pm
. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a primary setting and have SEND experience, has to be available the whole academic year.

• Assist children in their learning and growth as a Teaching Assistant
• As a SEND Teaching Assistant you will contribute to creating a safe, supportive & engaging learning environment
• Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure progress of students is prioritised as a Teaching Assistant
• Work 1:1 with the children with SEND needs to ensure they achieve their developmental milestones

• Available Immediately
• Experience working in a primary school as Teaching Assistant and supporting students with SEND
• Willing to support SEND children as a Teaching Assistant
• MUST have a CHILD ONLY DBS or willing to get one
• Have experience with children in some capacity in the UK where you can provide a reference for
• Live local to High Wycombe or within a commutable distance

Pay rate is dependent on qualifications, experience and skills.
