The Abbey in High Wycombe is seeking a SEND 1:1 Teaching Assistant to provide dedicated support to a pupil with an Educational Healthcare Plan (EHC). This role involves working closely under the class teacher and Head of Academy to ensure tailored interventions are effectively delivered.
The ideal candidate will support both individual and small groups, using positive communication and establishing firm boundaries to foster an effective learning environment. Previous experience with similar roles is essential.
