Quantum Scholars are working alongside a vibrant and high-achieving secondary school in Buckinghamshire who are seeking a qualified and experienced Teacher of Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) to join their successful Languages Department on a permanent basis after October half-term.

The successful candidate will primarily teach French and Spanish across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the opportunity to teach at Key Stage 5 for the right applicant.
Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and inspiring French and Spanish lessons across KS3 and KS4.
Plan, prepare, and assess lessons in line with the national curriculum.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports student progress.
Monitor and assess student achievement, providing constructive feedback.
Contribute to the continued success and development of the MFL department.
Participate in the wider life of the school, including meetings, parents' evenings, and enrichment activities.
Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
Experience teaching French and Spanish in a UK secondary school.
Strong subject knowledge and a passion for language learning.
Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
A commitment to raising achievement and supporting students of all abilities.
The ability to work collaboratively as part of a supportive and dedicated team.
