Quantum Scholars are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a Good Ofsted-rated secondary school near High Wycombe for a Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teacher to join the school from September 2026.

This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a well-established, supportive, and settled MFL department with a collaborative staff team and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality language teaching. The school has a positive learning environment, supportive leadership, and students who are encouraged to achieve their full potential.

The successful candidate will be able to teach both French and Spanish, with some flexibility around the timetable. The school would welcome applications from teachers able to teach across KS3 to KS5, although there is flexibility depending on experience and subject strengths.

The position is offered on an initial one-year contract, with the potential for longer-term opportunities.

• UK-trained teacher with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) preferred
