Are you a passionate and dedicated Early Years Teacher looking for your next full-time opportunity? We are recruiting an enthusiastic and nurturing EYFS Teacher to join a welcoming primary school, where you will play a key role in supporting young children s learning, development, and wellbeing.
Responsibilities- Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and inclusive lessons in line with the EYFS Framework.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment where every child can thrive.
- Support children s social, emotional, physical, and academic development through a range of play-based and structured learning activities.
- Assess, monitor, and record pupils progress, using observations and assessments to inform future planning.
- Differentiate learning to meet the individual needs of all pupils, including those with additional needs.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, carers, and colleagues to support each child s development.
- Promote positive behaviour and encourage independence, confidence, and resilience.
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and the wider school team to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
- Ensure safeguarding policies and procedures are followed at all times.
- Contribute to the wider school community, including staff meetings, training, and school events where appropriate.
- A positive, patient, and supportive approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
- Professional, reliable, and flexible approach to work.
