Key Responsibilities

Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with SEN and additional learning needs.

Candidate Requirements

A degree in Psychology or a related subject.
A genuine passion for supporting children with Special Educational Needs.
Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential.
Knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and speech and language needs is beneficial.
A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
