• Position HLTA / Cover Supervisor
• Contract Full-Time, Long-Term & Short-Term/Daily Roles
• Location High Wycombe (HP12)
• Start September 2026

• Has strong recent classroom experience
• Can confidently lead learning independently
• Has excellent behaviour management and communication skills
• Can deliver prepared lessons and learning activities effectively
• Can support pupils with different abilities and additional needs
• Works well with teachers, support staff and leadership
• HLTA status or equivalent experience is desirable

• Lead whole-class and small-group learning
• Deliver planned lessons during teacher absence
• Support interventions and targeted pupil work
• Maintain high standards of behaviour, engagement and learning

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
