The Role
  • Position: Nursery Practitioner
  • Contract: Full-Time, Long-Term & Short-Term/Daily Roles
  • Location: High Wycombe (HP12)
  • Start: September 2026
We're Looking For Someone Who:
  • Has a Level 1, Level 2 or ideally a Level 3 EYFS Qualification
  • Has previous nursery or early years experience
  • Has a genuine passion for supporting young children's development
  • Understands safeguarding and the importance of a safe learning environment
  • Can support learning through play, routines and purposeful activities
  • Builds warm and trusting relationships with children and families
  • Works effectively as part of an early years team
  • Is patient, reliable, adaptable and enthusiastic
The Successful Candidate Will:
  • Provide high-quality care and engaging learning experiences
  • Support children's communication, physical, social and emotional development
  • Contribute to observations, assessments and learning journals
  • Help maintain a safe, stimulating and inclusive setting

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
