What We're Looking For:

Experience working with children in a secondary school setting
Experience supporting pupils across KS3 and/or KS4/KS5
Strong behaviour management and classroom support skills
Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
Flexibility, reliability, and a proactive approach
Experience supporting SEN pupils is desirable (but not essential)
Ability to travel to schools across Amersham
