We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and supportive school in High Wycombe, . This temporary, weekday-only role is perfect for someone passionate about making a meaningful impact on students' learning without weekend commitments.

As a Teaching Assistant in High Wycombe you will support students both in the classroom and beyond, assist with personalised learning plans, and help foster a positive, inclusive, and encouraging educational environment.

• Provide one-on-one and small group support across various subjects
• Assist with classwork, homework, and exam preparation
• Help set, track, and review individual student targets
• Deliver tailored interventions to meet student needs
• Support learning in-class and during off-site activities
• Act as a key worker for designated pupils
• Assist with lunch, break, and on-call supervision
• Uphold safeguarding policies and promote student wellbeing

• Experience working with children or young people in education, care, or community settings
• Confidence with Microsoft Office and basic digital tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, flexible, and team-oriented mindset
• Experience supporting autistic students
