Are you looking for meaningful work where you can support young people to discover their strengths, grow in confidence, and build skills for life?

At Macintyre No Limits

About the role

As a Teaching Facilitator
, you’ll work alongside young people to explore their interests, build independence, and develop practical life skills. Learning doesn’t just happen in the classroom — it happens in real places and everyday situations.

  • Building

    confidence in social situations
  • Exploring

    interests, hobbies, and future opportunities

Following Macintyre’s person-centred approach
, you’ll focus on what matters to each young person — recognising their strengths, celebrating achievements, and supporting them to take meaningful steps towards greater independence.

What we’re looking for

You don’t need previous experience in social care or education — what matters most is your values, enthusiasm, and belief in people’s potential
. We’ll provide all the training and support you need.

You will need:

  • GCSE Grade C/4 (or equivalent) in English and Maths
  • A positive, creative and flexible approach

  • A genuine passion for

    person-centred support
  • A Driving Licence is prefferred but not essential

Why join Macintyre?

. We’re proud to create an inclusive, supportive environment where both colleagues and the young people we support can thrive.

When you join Macintyre No Limits, you’ll be part of a passionate team committed to unlocking potential, celebrating individuality, and creating opportunities for young people to live fulfilling lives
.

If you want a role where every day brings new opportunities to make a difference
, we’d love to hear from you.
