Buckinghamshire College Group is looking for an enthusiastic and learner-focused Lecturer - Accelerate to join our dedicated team and support students in overcoming barriers to education, developing confidence and progressing towards positive futures.

As a Lecturer within our Accelerate provision
, you will deliver engaging and inclusive learning programmes that meet the individual needs of learners. You will create a supportive environment that promotes personal development, wellbeing, independence and achievement, while ensuring learners are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed for successful progression.
Working collaboratively with colleagues, parents/carers and external agencies, you will play a key role in supporting learners to achieve their full potential both academically and personally.
As a Lecturer – Accelerate, you’ll:
- Plan and deliver high-quality, inclusive lessons that engage and motivate learners
- Support students in developing confidence, independence, employability and essential life skills
- Monitor learner progress and implement effective interventions to maximise achievement and success
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and wider College teams to support positive learner outcomes
- Contribute to curriculum development and continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain accurate learner records and meet all assessment and administrative requirements
- Promote equality, diversity, inclusion and safeguarding in all aspects of your work
