Envision Education is currently recruiting Level 3 Teaching Assistants to work across primary schools in High Wycombe. We are looking for caring, enthusiastic and reliable individuals who are passionate about supporting children and helping them reach their full potential.

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and pupils to provide effective learning and pastoral support throughout the school day.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Supporting pupils with their learning and development

• Providing one-to-one and small-group support

• Supporting children with SEND and additional needs

• Assisting teachers with classroom activities and learning resources

• Helping pupils develop confidence, independence and positive social skills

• Supporting pupils who may display challenging behaviour

• Providing emotional and pastoral support where needed

• Helping children stay engaged and focused during lessons

• Supporting pupils with their individual learning goals

• Building positive relationships with pupils, teachers and school staff

• Helping maintain a safe, positive and inclusive classroom environment

• A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent

• Previous experience working with children in a school, nursery, childcare or similar setting

• A genuine passion for supporting children and young people

• A patient, caring and approachable personality

• Confidence supporting children with different needs and abilities

• The ability to build positive relationships with pupils

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Reliable, professional and committed

• Able to work Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm

• Based in High Wycombe or willing to commute to High Wycombe

• A genuine interest in developing your career within education

Experience supporting children with SEND, behaviour or additional needs would be advantageous.
