Academics is working with a popular and well-regarded secondary school in High Wycombe to recruit an enthusiastic and inspirational Head of Religious Studies for a full-time position starting in January 2027.
This is an exciting opportunity for an outstanding practitioner with strong leadership potential, a genuine passion for RS, and the ambition to inspire students across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5.
The Role- Lead and develop the Religious Studies department, promoting high standards of teaching and learning.
- Deliver engaging and challenging RS lessons to students at GCSE and A-Level.
- Inspire students to develop their knowledge, critical thinking and understanding of religious and philosophical issues.
- Drive student progress and achievement across the subject.
- Contribute to the wider success and development of the school.
