We are seeking an experienced Electromechanical Engineer to join a growing engineering team in Buckinghamshire.

This is a hands‑on role combining field‑based work with workshop diagnostics, testing, calibration, and installation, so it would suit someone who enjoys practical engineering and problem‑solving rather than purely desk‑based work.

• Installation, servicing, and commissioning of specialist equipment at customer sites
• Diagnostics and fault‑finding on complex electromechanical systems
• Performance testing, validation, and compliance checking of equipment
• Calibration and ongoing maintenance of test systems and associated components
• Workshop‑based repair, testing, refurbishment, and system build activities
• Supporting technical investigations into system performance and operational issues
• Producing service reports, technical documentation, and calibration records
• Providing technical support and guidance to customers when required
• Occasional European travel (approximately once per month, up to 3 days per trip)

• Proven experience as an Electromechanical Engineer, Field Service Engineer, Installation Engineer, or in a similar hands‑on technical role
• Background working with specialist equipment, test systems, or complex machinery (highly desirable)
• Strong diagnostic and fault‑finding skills across both electrical and mechanical systems
• Experience calibrating and maintaining technical equipment or instrumentation
• Comfortable working independently in the field and collaboratively within a workshop environment
• Good technical documentation and reporting skills
• Experience with air filtration standards or compliance testing
• Knowledge of diagnostics or airflow performance analysis
• Previous international field service or installation experience is desirable
• Full UK driving licence
