A leading global company in material testing and dynamic systems innovation is seeking a Senior Electrical / Electronics Engineer. You will contribute to the design, development, and support of cutting-edge electrical and electronic systems across the full product lifecycle.

You will work in a multi-disciplined team, collaborating with Operations, Service, and Business functions, while driving innovation projects from concept to manufacturing and ongoing support.

• Develop and analyse analogue, digital, and power electronics designs.
• Work on instrumentation electronics, signal processing, analogue sensors, and filter design.
• Apply closed-loop control and 3-phase brushless motor drive knowledge.
• Produce prototypes, test documentation, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with relevant safety, EMC, UL, and EU Machinery / Low Voltage Directives.
• Mentor junior engineers and support cross-department collaboration.
• Work with external suppliers for component design and integration.
• Manage project work packages, providing accurate progress and cost updates.

• Degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years' practical experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience across the full product lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of VHDL and FPGA design.
• Familiarity with PLM, CAD, Cadence, ePLAN.
• Analytical and practical problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work within a team.
