Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Lead to play a pivotal role in project engineering, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement across complex production environments.

The Opportunity This is a senior, hands-on leadership role where you will take ownership of manufacturing processes, resolve complex technical and production challenges, and drive measurable improvements in efficiency, cost, quality, and delivery. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimise production flow, improve sequencing, enhance equipment utilisation, and ensure the successful delivery of critical defence programmes.
