Engineering Team Leader

A leading UK manufacturer within the ventilation and HVAC sector is seeking an experienced Engineering Team Leader to drive product innovation and lead a high-performing engineering team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Engineering Team Leader to make a real impact within a growing business.

As an Engineering Team Leader, you will take full ownership of the product design lifecycle, from concept through to delivery, within a dynamic R&D environment. Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of engineers, with the Engineering Team Leader responsible for fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement. Manage and oversee product development and design activities, using strong CAD expertise to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.

Provide strategic direction as an Engineering Team Leader, ensuring all engineering projects align with wider business goals and industry standards.

• Proven experience working as an Engineering Team Leader or in a similar leadership role within a manufacturing or R&D environment
• Strong CAD experience with a track record of owning product design and development projects end-to-end
• Demonstrated ability to manage and develop engineers directly, driving performance and engagement
• Background within ventilation, HVAC, air handling, or a related engineering sector is highly desirable

• £50,000 basic salary
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays
