Principal Designer and CDM Advisor – Energy and Resources

Overview

As Principal Designer and CDM Advisor, responsibilities under CDM 2015 include:

• Acting as CDM Advisor to support clients.
• Maintaining a deep understanding of design and construction processes.
• Communicating effectively and ensuring compliance with CDM and other relevant legislation.

• Qualifications:
  
  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in construction, health and safety, or engineering. Chartered status and additional health and safety qualifications such as NEBOSH preferred.
• Experience:
  
  Proven experience in a consultancy environment with the ability to coach and mentor junior team members and collaborate across the business.
• Skills:
  
  Strong understanding of innovative solutions and industry best practices, with experience managing projects from concept to completion and in-depth knowledge of CDM Regulations 2015.
