Technical Product Manager (Medica Market)
Office-based in Lane End, High Wycombe
Permanent, Full-time, Monday - Friday 37 hours

We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to lead the Medica range (clinical market) will shape technical direction, translate requirements into specifications, collaborate across teams, support releases, and maintain documentation.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with Engineering, R&D, and E&I to make informed technical trade-offs.
- Ensure products meet technical standards and performance expectations.
- Translate technical requirements into high‑quality specifications for new and existing products.
- Own the Medica product line, resolve quality issues and support technical application enquiries.
- Monitor and optimise product lifecycle phases: development, deployment, maintenance, and upgrades.
- Support creation of operator manuals, technical documentation, and training materials.
- Deliver technical training to internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain, document, and share product knowledge across the organisation.
- Act as bridge between technical and business stakeholders to align goals and decisions.
- Work with Product Manager (Medica), Marketing, Technical Support, and Engineering to align technical direction with business needs.
- Gather and analyse technical feedback from customers and internal teams for product improvements.
- Engage directly with customers to understand technical requirements and provide application‑based support.
- Participate in beta testing, providing on‑site technical input and performance insights.
- Build partnerships with customers, distributors, and external networks to support product success.
- Travel globally as needed for beta testing, technical investigations, and quality activities.
Essential:
- Degree or equivalent in a science or engineering discipline.
- Ability to present technical information clearly and concisely.
- Logical, structured approach to decision‑making.
- Strong collaboration skills.
Desirable:
- Experience with laboratory, analytical or industrial equipment.
- Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills.
- Understanding of product life cycle management.
