We're looking for a hands-on Infrastructure Engineer with strong troubleshooting skills to investigate and resolve hardware, software and infrastructure issues across a mixed Windows, networking and peripheral environment.

A key part of this role is the ability to
triage complex technical issues, establish test labs and facilitate technical workshops
to identify root causes and drive effective resolutions.
