We are looking for a dedicated and hard‑working Trainee Venue Manager to join our Venue and Events Team. In this unique role, you'll assist in the operation of the Students' Union venues, entertainment and events services and Bucks Hire business. Our venue consists of a 300 capacity lounge bar and a 700 capacity club venue, along with multiple external hires on and off site.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation of venues, entertainment and events services.
• Support Bucks Hire business operations.
• Participate in structured training and a progression plan toward Venue Management.
• Work late nights and weekends as required.
