Paradigm Housing Group is seeking a Finance Business Partner in High Wycombe. The successful candidate will provide financial advice and support across Asset Management and Compliance. This hybrid position allows for two office days per week. Salary is £66,023 per annum along with excellent benefits including flexible working options, generous pension scheme, and funded training.
Ideal candidates have strong Excel skills, experience with budgets, and excellent communication abilities. This role plays a key part in shaping financial strategies in our growing organisation.
