Senior Paraplanner / Office Manager

We're seeking an Office Manager / Senior Paraplanner to provide first-class support to our administrators, paraplanners, and growing client base.

The RoleThis is a varied position where no two days are the same.
Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing day-to-day office operations
- Writing complex suitability reports
- Managing the advice process through to completion
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
You’ll play a key role in supporting financial planners, while also mentoring a small team of administrators and paraplanners to ensure clients receive the highest standards of advice and service.
About You- At least 5 years' experience in financial services
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (DipPFS or equivalent)
- Previous managerial or supervisory experience
- Strong technical knowledge
- Experience using Intelligent Office and relevant platforms

- Salary up to £60,000
