As a Finance Manager you’ll oversee financial operations to keep the business running smoothly. Based in High Wycombe, this role involves managing budgets, analysing financial performance, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

• Manage and oversee all aspects of financial reporting and budgeting.
• Analyse financial data to provide insights and support decision‑making.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
• Monitor cash flow and implement cost control measures where necessary.
• Lead and support the finance team to achieve departmental goals.
• Collaborate with other departments to align financial strategies with business objectives.
• Review and improve financial processes and systems.

• A strong background in accounting and finance within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
• Relevant professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, or ACA.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.

• A salary ranging from £55,000 to £65,000, dependent on the level of experience. + Bonus
• A permanent position based in High Wycombe.
