Robert Half is partnering with a successful and growing organisation to recruit a Commercial Accounting Manager to join its finance team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded accountant looking to play a key role in financial reporting, business partnering and commercial decision-making. Working closely with operational stakeholders, you'll provide financial insight, support budgeting and forecasting, and help drive business performance across multiple cost centres and business units.

• Prepare and review monthly management accounts, including revenue, cost of sales, gross profit, accruals, prepayments and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Analyse financial performance, identifying trends, risks, opportunities and key variances against budget and forecast.
• Partner with operational stakeholders to prepare budgets and ensure profitability is maintained.
• Support forecasting, financial planning and commercial decision-making through insightful reporting and analysis.
• Prepare financial commentary for senior leadership.
• Maintain robust financial controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
