Credit Controller

Your new company An exciting opportunity to join a collaborative and forward-thinking finance team, my client is recruiting for the full-time permanent job role of Credit Controller. This role is located at their head office on the outskirts of Colchester. Your new role Joining a supportive and professional finance team, key duties will include
- Building strong client relationships and maintaining key points of contact
- Investigating and resolving client queries
- Proactively manage and collect debts
- Account reconciliations
- Database maintenance including rate changes
- Issue credit control letter, raise refund request forms and general finance administration
- Process and allocate payments
- Support with month-end and collections forecasting What you'll need to succeed The successful candidate will have a proven track record in a credit control capacity, with strong reconciliations skills, combined with an investigative mindset. A proactive approach to building and maintaining customer relationships will be pivotal.
