Paraplanner Hybrid Working Up to £45,000 Basic Salary Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning Required Excellent Career Development Opportunity About the Opportunity I am working with a growing independent Financial Planning firm that is looking to add an experienced Paraplanner to its team. The business provides holistic, whole of market Financial Planning across areas including investments, pensions, protection, retirement planning and estate planning.

This is a good opportunity for an established Paraplanner who wants to continue developing their technical knowledge while working within a supportive and growing business.

The Role You will work closely with Financial Planners across a varied range of client cases, taking responsibility for your own caseload and supporting advisers with technical recommendations. The role will include suitability report writing, technical research, pension and investment analysis and supporting advisers through the full recommendation process. There will also be opportunities to gain exposure to more complex cases as your experience develops, with clear scope to progress into more senior Paraplanning responsibilities over time.

Key Responsibilities
• Preparing suitability reports and financial planning recommendations
• Undertaking technical research across pensions, investments, protection and retirement planning
• Managing your own caseload and adviser relationships
• Supporting advisers with complex financial planning requirements
• Analysing client circumstances and researching appropriate solutions
• Supporting pension, investment, retirement and protection cases
• Liaising with providers, advisers and administration teams
• Ensuring recommendations and supporting documentation are accurate and compliant
• Keeping up to date with regulatory and technical developments About You
• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or equivalent
• Previous Paraplanning experience within Financial Planning or Wealth Management
• Strong report writing and technical research skills
• Good knowledge of pensions and investments
• Strong attention to detail
• Good understanding of FCA regulations and suitability
• Comfortable managing multiple cases and deadlines What's on Offer?
