Recruit UK is working with a well-established and highly regarded Financial Planning firm in Manchester that is looking for an experienced IFA Administrator to join a Financial Planning firm to join its growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with financial planning administration experience who is looking for long-term career progression, professional development and a supportive working environment.

The Role:

As an IFA Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support to Financial Advisers, helping to ensure clients receive an efficient and professional service. including processing Letters of Authority (LOA), liaising with providers and clients, preparing client documentation. Responsibilities:
Handle new business applications and liaise with providers to ensure timely completion Prepare client appointment packs and manage adviser diaries Ensure all documentation meets FCA regulatory standards Support Workflow management to meet SLAs

At least 1 year of experience within financial planning administration, ideally within an IFA or financial planning firm. Previous experience processing new business.
